Asha has over twenty years experience in the field of massage therapy.  She received her training in therapeutic massage at Kripalu, an international center for health.  She not only served on Kripalu’s staff of massage therapists for four years, but also completed six years of residency which taught her to incorporate tools for holistic living. Asha specializes in an integrative approach that combines the techniques of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi and Polarity.  She tailors each massage, finding the perfect depth of muscular therapy and relaxation strokes, to meet the specific needs of the individual client.  Asha’s clientele spans from newborns to the elderly, athletes to the everyday overworked.  Her body-mind background of massage is an essential compliment to chiropractic care and other healing therapies that focus on proper body alignment and neurological efficiency.  Asha is passionate about supporting each client in their progression toward creating a more balanced, healthy, and energized lifestyle.

Can babies with colic be helped with chiropractic?
It's probably one of the times a parent feels the most helpless. But based on the research, chiropractic and colic relief appear to go hand in glove. With success rates in the mid-90% range, more and more Cumming parents are seeing a chiropractor. If you have a baby with colic learn how chiropractic may help.
How could chiropractic help a stomach problem?
Chiropractic works by locating and reducing areas of the spine compromising nerve communications between your brain and your body. If nerves to or from your stomach are irritated, your stomach won't work right. Chiropractors find the source of the interference, reduce it and allow your body to work as designed.
